If I like you,
I like you. And only you. No, I will not get bored of you. No, I will not lie to you. No, I will not lose feelings for you. No, I will not hurt you like someone from the past did. No, I won’t leave you for someone else. I understand these things happened before, but that doesn’t mean it’ll happen with me. If you spend most of our relationship being scared, it’ll end because you pushed me too far away. If things change, we’ll deal with it then, but until then, I’m all yours.

having guy friends
No drama, no betrayal, no jealousy. Guys are much more entertaining and they’re straight up. They’re like your brothers and got your back, instead of stab you in it.
Most people misinterpret girls who have numerous guy friends. What they don’t see is that sometimes, girls find a best friend in a guy. It’s not always about flirting. Just friendship, an honest friendship.

I miss the “talking stage”
the butterflies,
the flirting
losing sleep
the good morning/night texts

Admit it.
You still care. You hold your head up high and confident, telling everyone that you don’t give a fuck about them anymore when you know deep down, you still love them. No matter what they have done to you or how bad it was, you’re always going to care. Don’t be so confident that you don’t give a fuck anymore when you know that you do because soon enough, your feelings are going to gather up and you’ll burst.

Being friends with your ex.
To me, if an ex is able to stay friends with you after a breakup, it tells you that when you guys were together, they actually liked you for you, and that being with you was just a way to get to know you better. They’re a keeper if they can look past the awkwardness of the fact you guys had a thing, and be friends just like before.
